IWLCA House Team
Looking to attend an IWLCA Recruiting event but don’t have a team attending? The IWLCA house team offers players from all across the country the opportunity to be recruited even if they aren’t affiliated with a club attending the event. House teams will be coached by IWLCA college coaches or experienced club coaches!
IWLCA House Team INFORMATION
Showcase Format
- $100.00 per player
- Showcase style tournament
- Each team will be scheduled for four (4) full length games on full regulation fields
- Games will be two (2), 25 minute running halves, with a five (5) minute half time
- Get exposure to amazing college coaches from all divisions
- All tournament games will be filmed
- Play with players from across the nation
- Reversible jersey provided
IMPORTANT DATES
- Last day to drop and be refund eligible for summer events: May 15, 2026
- Last day to drop and be refund eligible for fall events: September 30, 2026
- Presidents Cup registration will open August 20 at 12 PM EST
- Please note that if the house team does not get enough interest/registrations to field a team, it will be canceled. If that is the case, you will be refunded in full.

- Regional Events - Saturday & Sunday
- National Events - Friday, Saturday & Sunday
AGE GROUPS (Open Division)
- Regional Events - Any combination of 2027, 2028, 2029 & 2030 athletes
- National Events - Any combination of 2027, 2028, & 2029 athletes
Weather Policy
Inclement weather is out of the control of tournament directors, officials, and site managers. Safety is our number one concern. In the event of thunder and/or lightning, all games will be suspended for 30 minutes from the last occurrence. Games will resume at their regularly scheduled time. Adjustment to the schedule may be made depending on the duration of the delay.
The tournament will be held in the rain. In the event of heavy rain, it is up to the facilities we are renting from to determine if play is permitted on the field or not. The tournament directors will work to ensure all games are played, however, the facilities have the final say.
ANTI-HARASSMENT, DISCRIMINATION, & CONDUCT EVENT POLICIES
The IWLCA promotes a positive, supportive environment at all of its events.
There will be zero tolerance for racist, homophobic, transphobic, sexist, threatening, retaliatory, obscene, or demeaning language or actions of any kind from players, coaches, spectators, officials, vendors, or staff. This includes on the field, off the field, and on any properties where an IWLCA event takes place.
Sportsmanship is KEY to a positive experience at IWLCA Tournament Series events.
This includes interactions between players, coaches, fans, and officials, as well as language and actions on the field, on the sidelines, in the stands, at the venue, and in the parking area – before, during, and after the event.
Officials: Only head coaches are permitted to address the officials throughout any tournament. Coaches are expected to communicate with and treat officials in a respectful manner, upholding the values and modeling good sportsmanship.
