Hosted by Intercollegiate Women’s Lacrosse College Coaches Association (IWLCA) in conjunction with the IWLCA Convention and Presidents Cup, The Catalyst is a high-impact showcase experience designed for ambitious high school players who want to challenge themselves, learn from the best, and step onto the field ready to compete at another level.

For 2.5 hours, participants will train with some of the most respected college coaches in the game through fast-paced, college-level drills, position-specific instruction, competitive small-sided play, and teaching moments designed to elevate both your skills and your lacrosse IQ.

And for those high school/ club coaches attending the IWLCA Convention, they will have the opportunity to shadow college coaches and learn alongside the best minds in the sport, bringing new ideas and teaching strategies back to their own programs.
